Uncle Frank's Rotisserie Chicken Salad

Ingredients:
1 Chicken (Whole)
2 Tbsp Uncle Frank's Rotisserie Seasoning
2 Stalks Celery (small dice)
¼ Cup Red Onion (small dice)
1/2 Cup Mayo
1 Tbsp Uncle Frank's Northern Garlic Pepper

Method:
Wash chicken, wipe dry. Sprinkle Uncle Frank's Rotisserie Seasoning. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Internal temperature should be 165 degrees. Let cool before pulling chicken. Refrigerate. Pull chicken into pieces (approx.2-3 cups)
Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Season with Uncle Frank's Northern Garlic Pepper. Mix  all  together and refrigerate before using.
