Since 1986, Uncle Frank has been creating all-natural gluten free breading, sauces and dips for fine restaurants, resorts and some lucky friends in the upper-Midwest. Uncle Frank has always used only fresh, 100% natural ingredients and, whenever possible, buys his ingredients from small food processors. Uncle Frank’s products are all 100% natural and gluten free. Uncle Frank’s never uses MSG or other artificial ‘flavor enhancers’ because we make all of our products in small batches, using only the freshest available ingredients according to secret recipes that Uncle Frank has been perfecting for over thirty years as a professional master chef.

Uncle Frank’s friends say that his simple recipe for oven-baked baby-back ribs using Uncle Frank’s Rib Rub and Uncle Frank’s BBQ Sauce is easy and produces the best ribs they’ve every tasted. Or fry up some Cod or Whitefish using Uncle Frank’s Breader and set a small bowl of Uncle Frank’s Razzbery Dipping Sauce on the table to go with it. Yum!
