Uncle Frank's Herb Cream Sauce

2 tbs Olive Oil
¼ cup minced shallots
2 tsp Dijon mustard
½ cup Madiera wine
2 Tbls Uncle Frank's Italian Herb De Provence
1 Tsp Uncle Frank's Northern Garlic pepper

Saute shallots in olive oil,cook 1 minute. Add madiera and reduce by ½. Add cream and reduce until slightly thicken. Add herbs, Garlic Pepper and Mustard.. Stir well.
