Ingredients:
3 Cucumbers, Peeled, Seeded, and finely Diced 1 Red Pepper diced fine 1 Green Pepper diced fine 1 Red Onion diced fine ¼ Cup Seasoned Rice Vinegar 1 tsp. Kosher Salt Method: Dice Peppers and Onion very small, combine with Cucumber, Vinegar and Salt. Toss Lightly. Use with Uncle Frank;s Walleye cakes or Breaded Walleye or other Fish.
