Uncle Frank's Breaded Pork Chop

Ingredients:
1 large egg
¼ cup milk
½ cup flour
pinch of salt
pinch of black pepper
1 cup Uncle Frank's Breader
Crisco shortening for frying
2 Bone in pork chop's

Method:
Beat the egg and milk together in a bowl, set aside. Mix salt and pepper into the flour. Place Uncle Frank's Breader  into a bowl. Coat the pork chop in flour, dip into egg wash and coat with Uncle Frank's Breader, pressing on the chop to make breading stick. Heat Crisco shortening in a  frying pan on medium heat. Cook pork chop until there is no blood coming out from bone. Usually 4-5 minutes per side. Enjoy with Uncle Frank's BBQ  Sauce!
