Ingredients:
2 Lbs Ground Beef ¼ Cup Ketchup 1/4 Bottle Hienz 57 Sauce 1 Tbs Uncle Frank's Rib Rub ½ Tsp Celery Salt 1/2Tsp Black Pepper 1/2Tsp Granulated Garlic 1/2 Cup Bread Crumbs 3 Eggs Method: Place all ingredients in large bowl. Mix with for 2 minutes until well blended. Form into loaf pan and put onto a sheet pan, cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Oven temperature may vary. Juice's should be clear. Remove from oven and glaze with the following : ½ Cup Uncle Frank's BBQ Sauce ¾ Bottle Hienz 57 Sauce ¼ Cup Brown Sugar Wisk all ingredients together and pour on top of meat loaf, place back into 400 degree oven for 5 minutes. Remove and let cool a bit before slicing. | ||
