Ingredients:
2 Rack's Pork Ribs 4 oz Uncle Frank's Rib Rub 1 Carrot 1 Stalk Celery ½ Onion 2 oz Liquid Smoke 1 cup Red Wine Vinegar 2 cup water Method: Rub racks of ribs with Uncle Frank's Rib Rub, both sides. Let rest for 15 minutes. Meanwhile combine smoke, vinegar, and water in a pan to hold the ribs. Quarter carrot, celery, and onion, place into liquid. Place rib's in pan, submerse into juice. Cover tightly with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, lower temp. of oven to 300 degrees and bake 1 hour more. Take ribs out of oven and let rest uncovered. Take ribs out of juice and place on grill, baste with Uncle Frank's BBQ sauce, and grill 2-3 minutes each side. Enjoy ! | ||
