Mix salt and pepper into the flour. Place Uncle Frank's Breader into a bowl. Coat the pork chop in flour, dip into egg wash and coat with Uncle Frank's Breader, pressing on the chop to make breading stick. Heat Crisco shortening in a frying pan on medium heat.
